Libra – Physical – Root: I AM FRUIT OF ALL EVOLUTION

AM: sex and sensuality. Topic that can be simple or complex, what is your case?

Me: I try to keep it simple, but I understand it is complex. In my life experience, since my adolescence, everything has been focused on sex, and not on sensuality. I have only been able to understand the meaning of sensuality, through the affective communication that I could only reach with Adriana, and that had to do with the work done on her part.

AM: when the relationship and communication with the outside is not harmonious, there is usually the incessant need to seek protection from the hostile outside, and this has represented a protective shield, where sensuality is not present, because it is a concept that is in your pragmatic mind, on the side of lowering your guard, showing yourself as you are, and reaching a sensitivity that under no circumstances you can show, to avoid a mortal wound.

Me: I understand that it’s something I have to keep working on. And I also understand that this work must be done from sexuality, because the energy I channel is a very powerful engine, but only focused on the sexual act and once achieved, all that energy is lost. Therein lies my interest in the whole Hindu philosophy and the harnessing of that energy to bring it to the whole body and soul, and thus energize the whole being.

AM: philosophy that marks the successes in how to energize all the chackras, starting from the root, towards everything else, where the spirit is anchored to expand in all this world of the third dimension. And what is your way of trying to do that?

Me: For now, feeling free of my body and sexuality. I have learned not to have problems in showing my body, to accept it as it is, although I help it to be harmonious and to feel good with it, to look for my pleasures, to understand them, as well as what does not satisfy me, or makes me uncomfortable, accepting my own limits, in order to show me who I am from my essence. Also understanding that sensuality starts from very different slogans to what it is to have sex, and where countless situations appear that can lead to have a more than pleasant moment, and where it does not have to do with being naked and having sex.

AM: and tell me, what is your artistic expression of the day?

Me: here it goes

AM: finding the balance between sex and sensuality combines the best of both concepts in order to walk the chosen path of life, enjoying the five senses in all their splendor, and energizing our body, soul and spirit, optimizing all that energy in every point of our being.
