Adaptability is the ability of human beings to adapt or modify their behavior in order to adapt, develop efficiently and perform their functions without being affected. Organizations are entities that are subject to constant modifications due to the way they operate, which is why change processes arise.
Nowadays adaptability in the world is a process of adaptation where an organism must accommodate to the different modifications that happen in the environment, this ability must be created, by getting involved in what surrounds it and fit in the context where it is located. Nowadays, the different processes of organizational change cause different problems because of the way it affects the balance of the collaborator in the functions and can generate different reactions such as negative attitude, resistance, or stress, which can cause an inadequate adaptability.
The adaptability and change process always seeks to improve the quality of life of the employee in all senses and approaches, to make the process easier and simpler, take different positions to improve performance, which will define the elements and factors involved in this process.
