I invite everyone to take a few minutes today, and meditate on the concepts of the Leo energy physical week.

HEART – THE DEFENSE I AM THE PATH OF THE BALANCE

PLEXUS – THE WILL I AM THE PATH TO THE CENTER

SACRUM – THE INTERNAL WILL I AM THE PATH TO THE CREATOR

ROOT – SEXUALITY I AM THE PATH TO LIFE

KNEES – THE GUILT I AM THE PATH TO MY ANCESTORS

ANKLES – CONSTANCY I AM THE PATH OF LEARNING

TOROID – COMPLETENESS I AM THE ETERNAL PATH
