# 257 – I AM WISDOM IN THE WORLD – I AM FURY

MONTH – ARIES

WEEK – EMOTIONAL

CHAKRA – ROOT

We begin our day in the Root chakra, in the emotional week of the energy of Aries, and being the vision of the created, in which the questions that begin with «how much» appear, the wisdom of the Universe manifests itself, where we analyze the concept of the day: Rage.
And we ask ourselves: what situations provoke us fury? When have we had anger? For what? With whom? What causes were the one that gave us fury? How do we react to it? How demonstrative are we of that anger? How does it reach others? What actions did we take in the face of this emotion? What was the reaction of the environment? What consequences did we have after our anger?
And rage is one of the most vehement, irascible and variable emotional concepts that human beings emanate. In extreme situations, the beings come out of themselves and behave in a voluble way to any situation that arises, and many times neither he nor his environment is recognized,
It emanates an inner force so strong, powerful, but also blind, that it is not possible to understand at the moment the consequences of these actions possessed by fury. It is typical not to stop to think and the emotion bursts out with such fire that nothing is seen, nothing is perceived, and nothing is projected. It is all explosive, and from an explosion, not all the surroundings are left unscathed. It is usually the opposite.

Hence, inner rage is a weapon that can be used to activate certain tools that we can use in our daily work, but it can also be something extremely harmful to our path. And here lies the place that we give to this feeling.
It is going to be very possible that there are moments when we feel anger. There are certain situations, which each of us will be able to determine, in which an inner heat is emanated that rises with such virulence that the next step of action is unpredictable. Each one of us, being unique and different from the rest, will know how to identify when the fury appears.
But the important thing is to be able to control the inner rage to transmute it into a powerful tool within us. It is not easy, but there are techniques that allow us to modify these emotions, and one of them is meditation.
And in meditation, although the idea is to relax, to quiet the mind, to get all the stuck energies to flow, it is assumed that, in a state of continuous meditation, there would be no room to emanate fury from us. But this is not entirely true. The reality for any human being, in this third dimension, where energies flow, and where there are all kinds of problems and inconveniences that appear suddenly, even the most serene being can have at some point attacks of fury, in situations that are out of their state of comfort.

But it is there where meditation must act to be able to transform that fury that arises suddenly, in an energy that invigorates us, exalts us in a positive, conscious and coherent action. In parallel, it is as tantra teaches with the sexual energy that arises in us. All internal energy and emotion can be channeled to transmute it into another energy that serves us on our path. The great masters know it, practice it and teach it. It is a matter of putting intention and will for each one of us to do it too.
And the most important thing is that fury has an additional force that gives us momentum for whatever we need to do. Here the question is to be focused on our center, on our essence. Everything is possible to do from the coherence and balance of our being, and with an energy as powerful as this, it will help us greatly in fulfilling the established purpose.

That is, the emotions that emerge in consciousness help us to release energies, to unlock ties, so it is not necessary to hide the emotions that come out of us, but to redirect them into conscious and responsible actions, always from our center, our essence. And as we always manifest it, we know when we are in balance and coherence. We know when our actions come from our inner being, and not from others, from the outside. We know because there is no way to doubt. There is no doublethink. There is no doubt. It is within us, honestly and without deceiving ourselves. Balance and coherence is within us, and by meditating daily, we realize this more and more every day.
That is why, on this day, we honor the fury that emanates from us, powerful energy in which we place the intention to tame it, to transmute all emotion into a positive, noble action, which does not generate imbalance, incoherence or distortion, both in us and in our environment. We also honor the wisdom of the Universe, the All that surrounds us and teaches us every day, in our path of life.

After the exercise, I invite everyone to perform the meditation of the day.
